I've failed hazard perception part once and I'm scared to fail it again on Wednesday. I think it all is about clicking. Sometimes you click too early, sometimes too late. Can somebody get 5 points on the clip with a lolipop lady? why I get 0 points for overclicking if in those clips there are a lot of hazards? I need to click when I change speed or direction, so some hazards need 2 or 3 clicks. So i am totaly confused. Can somebody give me a good advice?

The HPT clips are difficult, but generally there is only 1 hazard in each clip. In your test there will be one clip with two hazards though, so you need to keep paying attention.
If you find you click too soon sometimes, we always recommend that when you see a hazard forming you should click, wait half a second and click again twice. This will help to make sure you are click within the times being recorded.
The other problem you mentioned is the over-clicking. Essentially a hazard in the clips is something that will force you to change speed or direction. The problem is working out generally what may cause a problem for you and what will most likely be alright by looking ahead and seeing what the situation dictates.
I hope that this information helps, if you have any more questions please post again or for a more urgent reply, please feel free to contact us using the "contact us" form. |

Thank you for your advice. I've got 64 points and 50 for theory. Also at DSA centre I was adviced not to do double click because they don't count it as a click. Good luck to everybody |
